Think after dinner mint in the form of a brownie. Oh my goodness, melt in your mouth, YEAH!! These are very thin chewy brownies with a layer of creme de menthe icing and topped with a chocolate ganache. Most folks like to eat about 3 or 4 when they get their hands on them. Don't let the quantity per box scare you away.
